This scoping review identified critical gaps in vaccination research across Sub-Saharan Africa. Analyzing 53 studies from 20 countries, researchers found major geographic disparities, limited research scope, methodological inconsistencies, and neglected vaccine types. The review also presents compelling evidence on the factors that significantly influence vaccine series completion (VSC), highlighting urgent needs for standardized approaches and comprehensive monitoring.
